What is the return policy?

We can accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of when it is delivered to you. Items that are on sale are final sale. If we determine an item has been worn or is not in its original condition for any reason, we will not be able to provide a refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We don’t do exchanges as our inventory is always changing, so if something doesn’t fit, please feel free to return it and re-order in your desired size. Please do not attempt to return worn items or items not in their original condition, as we will not be able to refund you.

Refunds will be sent to the original method of payment. To make a return, please ship the item to our return address listed below, and shoot us a message on our “Contact” page that includes your order number and reason for return. Your refund will be sent within 4-5 days of us receiving the product. We recommend you keep the tracking information for your return until it has safely made its way to us.

How do I care for my garment?

Wear the heck out of it and enjoy! Do not use bleach on any of our items, and please do not iron directly over the screen prints as it could damage the print. Other than that, they require no special care, and are fine to throw in with the rest of your laundry and wash with normal care.

Who makes the designs?

I do! I draw every design for the shirts. Because I’m a one-woman-show right now, I am only offering limited products in the online shop. I have a vision to eventually expand my inventory to include beanies, sweaters, etc. I also hope to eventually grow the brand enough that I can give back to the snowboard community, specifically programs for women.

When will my order ship?

I try my very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days of when I receive the order. On rare occasions when I am on a snowboarding trip, it may take up to five business days. As always, please feel free to reach out to me if you’re wanting on update on your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail, and you can track the progress of your order.
